写代码是实干，分析系统把流程图给开发员是实干，提出概念让其他人分析实现同样是实干。

很多事情往往要跳出来看才能明白。我写程序的时候，同各位一样认为，会写程序就够了。后来脱离了开发，但是还做一定的分析，偶然也写写代码自己使用。再后来，彻底脱离了IT。

脱离开发，脱离IT后才明白：搞开发的，跟民工一样，始终是IT界的底部。说这话各位别激动，等过几年。有了积累。跳出开发，而从事IT中更高层次事情的时候，会明白这种想法。
