马上下课了。走了。。

最近饮食注意：
不吃2005.04之前和2005.10以后生产的家禽制品。。。
尽量不吃蛋，相关的东西。。。
不吃煎的，炸的，烤的。 [idea]
控制开支，避免不必要的消费。
有问题就多走路。鄙视懒惰。。。
鄙视怕麻烦。。
最近把学习栏目添加一下。。
