让Phantomjs的Webdriver支持socks代理

phantomjs的src/ghostdriver/session.js文件里的_getProxySettingsFromCapabilities方法修改一下，按照httpProxy的方式写一段socksProxy的逻辑，然后重新编译phantomjs。
